Dog Anxiety Checklist

The Dog Anxiety Checklist is here. We have developed this dog anxiety test for all dog owners who might suspect that their dog is suffering from dog anxiety, but are not quite sure. Many people who visit our site contact us and are grateful for all the information we provide about dog anxiety but are still unsure if their dog is actually suffering from dog anxiety or is just behaving badly because they are bored.

Until now, the only way to gain an definitive diagnosis of dog anxiety was to visit your vet and complete a questionnaire. Visiting the vet is an effective way to gain a professional diagnosis however, for many, it can also be expensive.

The vet’s in my area quoted between $30.00 to $60.00 just for this type of assessment. Four out of five vets said that while the dog was at the vet clinic they would also conduct a physical health check which would in turn increase the fee for their professional services.

What we did about it.

Dog anxiety is reasonably easy to diagnose when you have the right tools. We scoured the internet, researched veterinarian texts at the library and visited veterinarians to find a dog anxiety assessment that was an effective and easy for everyone to use.

After gaining all the information we needed we developed the Dog Anxiety Checklist which is an easy to use diagnostic tool so you will be able to know, once and for all, if your dog is suffering from anxiety. It is in many ways very similar to the actual questionnaire that a vet would give you to complete.

Dog Anxiety Checklist – How does it work?

The dog anxiety checklist contains 16 questions in two sections and a scoring system. When you answer the questions you will score your dog by numbers, 0,1,2 or 3 depending on your own experience with your dog. You add up the scored numbers then within a few few minutes you will be able to find out if anxiety is an issue for your dog – easy!

When to use the Dog Anxiety Checklist.

The Dog Anxiety Checklist is non- intrusive and can be used on any dog. Whenever your dog has been behaving badly, has been destructive or has demonstrated behaviors that suggest anxiety may be an issue. Check our page titled Dog Anxiety Symptoms to see if any of the behaviors are similar to how your dog behaves.

If your dog is in good health and has not had any serious health aliments they are an excellent candidate for the dog anxiety checklist. If your dog has ongoing health conditions then it is wise to visit the vet to investigate if their behavior is linked to their health condition.

What does the Dog Anxiety Checklist cost? – It costs you Nothing!

A couple of days ago I was speaking to a friend of mine who has many websites online. He suggested that I could charge a fee for the dog anxiety checklist as it is a valuable tool and one I had spent a lot of time researching and developing. So, we threw a few figures around.

It’s true that it does potentially save anyone a visit to the vet and a minimum of $30.00, however I decided that I wanted everyone to have access to this valuable tool and didn’t want a “price” to determine who could access it.

So there you have it – An instant download – free diagnostic tool so you can find out, right now, if dog anxiety is an issue for your dog. To get access to your very own copy of the Dog Anxiety Checklist just fill out the form on the top left of this page or visit the FREE Gift page.

We are sure you will gain useful information with our new valuable tool, the Dog Anxiety Checklist.

  1. I’m sure all dogs suffer anxiety at some stage so your free gift seems like the sort of thing every dog owner should read.

      Thanks Jan for your comment.

Most dogs do suffer some level of anxiety at some stage of their life. The average is that over 35% of dogs will suffer significant separation anxiety issues in their life time – that is figure that is recorded. As many dogs are never diagnosed, the true figure, I suspect, would actually be much higher.

Most people just think that their dog is behaving badly – the Dog Anxiety Checklist will give you a real answer if your dog’s behavior needs more training or if anxiety is the problem. It only takes a few minutes. I think it’s a great tool – even if I do say so myself!

      Cheers!
